Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful yet gentle way to reconnect with yourself.
Using conscious, connected breathing, these sessions invite you out of the mind and into the body creating space to release stored emotions, soften tension, and regulate your nervous system. It’s a practice that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious to go deeper within. We gather each week to soften, release and remember who we are. Come exactly as you are. No fixing, no forcing, just belonging.
Sister Circles
A sacred space where women gather in softness and strength to be held, seen and supported. A space where stories are shared, emotions are honoured, and healing unfolds in community.
In a world where we often move fast, perform, and carry things alone, these circles invite you back into connection. Back into softness. Back into community.
There is no pressure to speak or share beyond what feels right for you. Everything is an invitation.
Session
These private sessions are a deeply personal space to be held, witnessed, and supported through your breath. Each session is intuitively guided and shaped around what you need on the day.
Unlike group work, 1:1 breathwork allows us to go exactly where your system is ready to go, gently, safely, and at your own pace. Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this is a space to slow down and come back home to your body.
Retreats & Event
Breathing Her retreats and events are immersive spaces designed to help you step away from everyday life and return to yourself.
Each gathering is an intentional blend of breathwork, somatic practice, nervous system nourishment, and community connection. They are created to support deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection with your body.
Whether it’s a half-day workshop, a day retreat, or a multi-day experience, each space is thoughtfully held and intuitively guided. Nothing is rushed. Everything is designed to help you slow down, soften, and come back into balance.
